The Melting Pot Restaurants, Inc. has created a 3-level Road Warrior trainer program designed to inspire trainers and franchisees that support the growth of our concept.

Based on the number of new openings you attend, in addition to your overall performance rating, you can earn different Road Warrior trainer statuses and pay!

Level 1:  Certified Road Warrior
Level 2:  Senior Road Warrior
Level 3:  Master Road Warrior

Candidate Prerequisites – must meet all of the following prerequisites before becoming eligible to apply for consideration.
* You have worked at The Melting Pot a minimum of 9 months.  If you transferred from another restaurant, your 9 month minimum starts with the transfer date.  This 9 month minimum applies to current Road Warriors as well as new applicants.
* Your franchisee and manager endorse your participation in the Road Warrior program.
* Your performance is currently rated a “meets standards” or greater.
* You have not received any disciplinary counseling within the past 30 days.
* You can state our mission and 10 principles without looking at your culture card.
* You are certified in the position(s) in which you will train/teach during the opening.
* You agree to all Road Warrior rules and understand what is expected of you at all times.
* You have completed your initial interview with your franchisee and/or manager.
* You have read the operations manual in its entirety.
* You have studied all learning and development materials for the position(s) you will train.
